Welcome to PawSip ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website pawsip.in and any purchases made through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Account Terms

You may need to create an account to access certain features, such as order tracking or saved addresses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may be subject to additional verification or COD charges as displayed at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error due to a technical glitch or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if payment has been confirmed.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to photography, screen display settings, or manufacturing updates.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are entirely error-free, complete, or current.
If a product received significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or issues with payment verification.
You will be notified via email/SMS/phone if your order is cancelled or modified, and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines (typically 7-12 business days) will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will assist in resolving any delivery issues where reasonably possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at pawsip.in/policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Products must generally be unused, in original packaging, and reported within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy to be eligible for return.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline stated in our Refund Policy.
Certain items (e.g., opened consumables, hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for return except in cases of damage or defect, as specified in our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including during order placement or payment
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any non-public areas of the Site
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's functioning
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our express written permission
Resell products purchased from us for commercial purposes without prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate access and pursue appropriate legal remedies for any violation of this section.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PawSip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through them.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services or a purchased product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Site at all times, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including courier delays, natural disasters, or third-party service outages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawSip, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
